Presently, we are operating an ultra-speed welder (the only installation of its kind in the world), gas filler line (650can/min), 4 fuel tin can lines and 2 Fuel line filling lines.
In the 4 fuel tin can lines ø45 ~ ø65 can emptying operations are executed, while the Fuel line filling processes for both domestic demand and exports are performed in the 2 Fuel line filling lines.
As a company that attained the ISO9002 Certificate and the Single PPM Quality Certificate, we have secured our operations for both domestic demand and export by manufacturing our own brand products (such as various empty cans, portable butane gas, lighter gas and general gas for mountain climbing). As well, we currently operate an OEM line to produce hair spray, hair mousse, aromatics, insecticides, cleaners, adhesives and all sorts of complete aerosol products.
Besides which, our 3-color ultra-speed printing line, 3 printing lines and 2 painting lines are executing all outsourced jobs in addition to carrying out printing operations. We are operating a press line to manufacture the 211 Top, Bottom and Flange Mt/Cup, the valve assembly line and the 5-gallon rectangular Tin Can line.
On the back of our largest domestic production capacity, we are mass-producing top quality products via a thorough total inspection system, based upon the utilization of fully automated up-to-date manufacturing facilities, and every conceivable safety-related test
